What counts as a "call"?
One service visit for one vehicle: a jump start, lockout, flat tire change (with your spare), fuel delivery, or getting unstuck where it's safe to do so.
Do you tow?
ShoulderCrew doesn't tow. If you need a tow, we connect you with a local towing partner and show you their price before you agree. Tows aren't included in membership calls, though Crew Plus members get a $50 tow credit toward a partner's price.
Do you do repairs or pay me back for other services?
No. Membership covers the roadside services listed on your plan. It doesn't include repairs, parts, or reimbursement for services from other companies.
When can I use my first call?
48 hours after you join. If you need help before that, you can still book at the pay-per-use price.
What if I use all my calls?
Extra calls are billed at the pay-per-use price. Your calls reset at the start of your next membership year.
How does Crew Family work?
You plus 3 more drivers in your household, with up to 3 vehicles, share 8 calls a year. Need more drivers? Add an extra driver spot for $2.50/mo or $25/yr each, and add or remove drivers any time from your account or this page.
What are the covered-call terms?
Your first covered call is available 48 hours after you join. Each covered call has a $75 payout cap: ShoulderCrew covers up to $75 of the job, and if a job ever costs more, the difference is charged to you through the normal job payment. Your helper is always paid in full. Calls reset every membership year.
What is the Free Crew Pass?
It's how everyone starts: sign up free, no membership needed, and pay per job at our flat prices. The first 100 drivers also get $10 off their first job.
What does the Crew Plus $50 tow credit cover?
ShoulderCrew doesn't tow, but Plus members get a $50 credit toward the price of a tow from one of our local towing partners. Towing itself is not a covered call. The credit is one $50 per membership year and is applied automatically to the price when you request a tow or partner tow; the amount left shows in your account. It becomes available after your 48-hour start (monthly plans: after your first 30 days). If you cancel the tow request, the credit goes back to your balance.
Where do you operate?
The Denver metro area and nearby Front Range, wherever a verified helper is available. Response times are targets, not guarantees.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from "Manage membership". Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
