Towing Near You
When roadside help can't fix it, request a tow from an independent, permitted tow operator who carries their own commercial and on-hook insurance. You see the price before you confirm.
Before your helper arrives
- Every towing helper must submit their own certificate of insurance (commercial auto liability + on-hook/cargo), their state towing permit (Colorado PUC towing carrier permit in CO), USDOT number where required, truck details and a CDL where required. Tow requests only go to helpers whose documents are approved and unexpired.
- ShoulderCrew does not insure tows. Your vehicle is covered by the towing helper's own on-hook/cargo policy, not by ShoulderCrew. Ask to see the helper's insurance before hook-up if you like.
- You see the upfront price before you confirm; confirm the destination (home, shop, dealer) and any extra-mileage charge with the helper before the tow starts.
- Flatbed is recommended for AWD, low or luxury vehicles. Remove valuables before the tow.
